4. No airsoft experience but I have played paintball for a few years.
5. I currently own a King Arms M4A1 and a USP .45
6. I have gear that I can use but am in the market for new stuff. I am waiting to join a team before I start getting serious on gear so that I can get what the team has.
7. I have my own vehicle.
8. I was a member of the Ontario Regiment for a short while from 07-08. I completed by Basic Military Qualification, Soldier Qualification, and Developmental Phase One training as an Armoured Crewman. These courses introduced me to various weapons, as well as tactics in a defensive and offensive posture.
Currently I am a member of the Cadet Instructor Cadre as a 2Lt. I am working with the Pickering Air Cadets in a training role.
9. I have not been in trouble with the law. I am actively trying to be a police officer.
10. I have been interested in airsoft for a while now but just recently joined the community. I started off by talking to a friend of mine (Matt "Gunny" Brown) and he directed me to Airsoft Canada. After being age verified I did some research on guns and gear and decided to purchase both a primary and a secondary (listed above). He spoke highly of the Rangers so I started reading the posts on ASC.
I am looking for a mature team that works well together both on and off the field where I can set some roots down. I work well in a team setting and enjoy the bond it creates. I am a fast learner and can take direction well but I can also step up and lead when the situation calls for it. From what I've heard from people in the community and what I've read on ASC you are an excellent group and I would love to be a part of it and help contribute to the team. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hey Weps, best thing to do is to attend a game we're at, or come out to a training event. We need to meet folks so we can determine if they are a solid fit with the team.
